Clients fly into Grand Junction Regional Airport (GJT) in Grand Junction, CO where they will be met by staff and transported to camp. There is also ample parking at camp if arriving in personal vehicle.

Physical Ability
Light to moderate hiking will be expected each day. We are able to accommodate most hunters with a wide range of hunting terrains to suit each clients varying abilities. Hunting area varies from 6,000 to 9,500 ft in altitude and terrain varies greatly. You may expect anything from rough steep rocky ridges to open wooded mountainous terrain.
Licenses
These are limited entry draw tags. The application deadline is April 1st of each year. Price for a non resident Buck tag is $386 paid to CPW at the time of application. Tags are season and GMU speific. All tags do require prefrence points to draw. Colorado GMU 40 Limited Entry Draw MULE DEER HuntOur Mule Deer hunts are conducted in GMU 40 on a combination of private ranches and Public lands. As the only permitted unit wide outfitter we have the flexibility to to move with the mule deer as they migrate. This is a high success rate hunt with nearly 100% shot opportunity on bucks scoring 160-180 with a few 190+ bucks harvested each year. Hunting is done by using atvs, hiking and horseback. All hunts are 1x1 fully guided. With comfortable lodge accommodations, home cooked meals, professional guides and trophy care all part of the package. A limited number of guaranteed tags are available each year. numbers, and price will vary.
